In June 2010, she completed a training of Higher Management Support with the Dutch Institute of Social Business Administration, ISBW. She succeeded in writing three business cases in which she did some research. During her first module "Management and Organizations", she highlighted the process of registration of an applicant until the moment of graduation in her business case "Optimizing Communication by Clear Process Descriptions".
In her second module "Communication and Personal Effectiveness", she proposed the department in a PowerPoint presentation to improve the department's website as she called it to be the electronic business card in her case "Why Updating the Website". She has also showed these two researches to the department of Marketing & Communications to contribute to their ongoing innovation process. In her last module "Leadership", she did research in shared jobs and interviewed several secretaries in and outside the institute. In "There is an I in a Team" with subtitle The Do's and the Don'ts within Shared Job, she concluded that it all comes down to communication and attitude.
