Be part of the solution
The world is facing several water-related issues, due to population growth, climate change, urbanization, industrialization and other major changes.
About 2.4 billion people are lacking access to improved sanitation. And 783 million people are still without access improved sources of drinking water. Solving these complex issues is difficult as most developing countries lack sufficiently trained professionals who can tackle these global challenges.
Therefore, investing in education for these water professionals is investing in a sustainable solution.
UNESCO-IHE is the largest international graduate water education institute in the world. The Institute confers fully accredited MSc degrees, and PhD degrees in collaboration with partners in the Netherlands.
