MSc programme

The UNESCO-IHE’s 18-month MSc programme fees consist of a €17,250 tuition fee(1) and an additional fee of €4,410(2) to be paid prior to registration.

The tuition fee includes the use of a laptop for each MSc student with 24-hour internet access in all rooms in UNESCO-IHE hostels in Delft. The additional fee includes the costs of the field trip, insurance, the introductory programme, study material, costs of residence permit etc.

Participants are expected to cover their own living expenses, totalling about €18,245 over the 18 months of the programme (about € 970 per month). This amount includes the costs of accommodation and other personal expenses(3).

Participants who are accompanied by their families should have additional financial resources.

PhD programme

Information about the cost of the 3-4 year PhD programme is available upon request by email.

Short courses

The short course fees vary from €750 to €3100. The exam fee for short courses is €250. For more information visit UNESCO-IHE short courses.

Cost of living information: One night hotel accommodation, estimation: €90 per night. In case UNESCO-IHE student accommodation is available: €38 per night. DSA (Daily Subsistence Allowance), estimation: €30 per day.

Online courses
