NOTE: UNESCO-IHE and eight partners were recently awarded a grant from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation for a large capacity building and research project to stimulate local innovation on sanitation for the urban poor. As a part of this project 55 MSc scholarships in Sanitary Engineering are partially funded by the foundation. Click here for more information. Programme Structure & ContentsThis specialisation consists of 14 modules covering a total of 12 months, this is followed by a 6-month research and thesis phase. Graduates of the programme will be awarded 106 ECTS (European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System) credits.
