Mr. Mohammad Asef Rahimi, Afghan Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation and Livestock visited UNESCO-IHE on Friday, 24 June. The high-level delegation was in the Netherlands on an official visit to sign agreements with Dutch Ministries and also visited the Institute for an introductory meeting.
