On Friday 1 July, 77 participants from 21 countries received their UNESCO-IHE Short Course certificates. The participants took part in the June Short Course group in the following courses: Aquatic Ecosystems: Processes & Applications, Applied Groundwater Modelling, Environmental System Modelling, Flood risk management, Industrial Effluents Treatment and Residuals Management, Managing Water Organisations, Urban Water Systems Modelling, Urban Water Systems Modelling, Water Treatment Processes and Plants.
"My course was very intensive, I am impressed with the quantity of information I received, the practical aspects and knowledge exchange with members of the entire group and also the interactions with the professors during these days. Everyone in the institute was very friendly. I will return home refreshed and very pleased," said an African participant.
